Here's what to expect from the first visit through delivery and beyond

  • Prenatal evaluation (to ~34 weeks): Fetal echo and early consults (in-person or telemedicine) with a fetal cardiologist ± pediatric heart surgeon
  • Care planning (up to 39 weeks): Multidisciplinary visits; individualized delivery plan; detailed coordination for delivery and newborn care; support from social work & behavioral health
  • After birth: Postnatal imaging and planning; neonatal surgery if needed; transition to home
