Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital (map), Inova Fair Oaks Hospital (map), and Inova Loudoun Hospital (map) offer specialized emergency care for children, with board-certified pediatric emergency physicians and specially-equipped pediatric ERs.
Our pediatric emergency rooms offer:
- Pediatric ER doctors, physician assistants and nurses at each location
- Child life specialists trained to ease anxiety in children and explain procedures in an understandable and comforting manner
- Kid-friendly treatment rooms and waiting areas
- Access to iPads, DVD players and games for children being treated
- If needed, expedited transfer to Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital from any Inova location
